L'impatto del caldo e della scarsit\u00e0 d'acqua sul raccolto di frutta e verdura ha fatto parte delle nostre Food News pi\u00f9 di una volta l'anno scorso. Anche in questo rapporto l'acqua \u00e8 protagonista: per alcuni manca, per altri \u00e8 minacciosamente abbondante. Sempre pi\u00f9 spesso ci troviamo di fronte a eventi meteorologici estremi in tutto il mondo: Mentre l'\"ondata di caldo mostruoso\" e la mancanza di precipitazioni in Asia stanno causando problemi di salute e fallimenti dei raccolti, in questi giorni stiamo vedendo le drammatiche immagini delle alluvioni nella regione italiana settentrionale dell'Emilia-Romagna. Entrambi gli eventi rendono evidente che il cambiamento climatico ha molte sfaccettature. Le sue conseguenze rappresentano una grave minaccia per le persone e per l'ambiente. Pi\u00f9 in basso potete leggere come il caldo in Asia stia influenzando il raccolto di ananas. Non osiamo ancora fare un sondaggio sulla situazione nel Nord Italia. Ma una cosa \u00e8 certa: anche qui gli attuali eventi meteorologici hanno conseguenze devastanti per gli agricoltori, non solo per il prossimo raccolto estivo, ma anche a lungo termine per quanto riguarda i frutteti danneggiati.  <\/p>\n<p>In questo contesto, l'onnipresente carenza di lavoratori qualificati in questo Paese sembra una lamentela di alto livello. Eppure: in questo numero di Food News vogliamo affrontare anche questo problema e abbiamo parlato con Jeanette Gonnermann, amministratore delegato della Waren-Verein della Borsa di Amburgo. Innanzitutto, perch\u00e9 un vantaggio? Come donna sono stata sempre sottovalutata. Alcuni non volevano vedere che studiavo legge e che ero capo dipartimento gi\u00e0 in giovane et\u00e0, e spesso mi sentivo costretta a giustificarmi. A un certo punto ho capito che essere sottovalutata \u00e8 un vantaggio e mi avvantaggia, perch\u00e9 cos\u00ec si possono sorprendere le persone solo in modo positivo.<\/p>\n<p>In secondo luogo, le donne hanno fascino e sono coinvolgenti. Trovo che sia bello e proficuo guidare in modo cooperativo e umano invece che in modo strettamente gerarchico.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le donne in posizioni di leadership sono ancora una rarit\u00e0. Ne abbiamo bisogno di pi\u00f9?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Oh s\u00ec. Le donne nella leadership sono un argomento che mi sta a cuore da molto tempo e, naturalmente, vorrei vederne di pi\u00f9. Non mi sono mai pentita della mia decisione, perch\u00e9 \u00e8 sempre stato il mio desiderio di assumere una posizione di leadership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cosa possono fare le aziende in questo caso?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le aziende devono modernizzarsi e stare al passo con i tempi. Non dobbiamo discutere della mancanza di lavoratori qualificati e guardare all'estero per reclutare colleghi. Abbiamo molte donne in gamba, dobbiamo solo creare per loro condizioni quadro in cui sia interessante lavorare. Ci\u00f2 significa implementare modelli che permettano di conciliare famiglia e carriera.<\/p>\n<p>Inoltre, noi del Waren-Verein abbiamo notato che le aziende con un'immagine moderna, soprattutto nell'area dei siti web e dei social media, sono molto pi\u00f9 attraenti per i giovani professionisti e i manager. Se un'azienda non \u00e8 online in qualche forma, semplicemente non esiste.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quali sono le reazioni al fatto che oggi ricopre una posizione di leadership?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Le giovani donne che si allenano vengono da me e mi fanno i complimenti. Pensano che sia fantastico quello che faccio e come lo faccio. Ma mi dicono anche che vogliono dei figli. Posso solo rispondere che entrambe le cose sono possibili, ma che bisogna accettare i pregiudizi e che si raggiungono i propri limiti. Con il progetto Young Leader:innen del Waren-Verein, abbiamo creato una rete di giovani professionisti - donne e uomini - del settore. Qui si parla di nuovi lavori, di digitalizzazione, ma anche di grandi temi del futuro come la sostenibilit\u00e0. Il fatto di discutere di questi argomenti aiuta entrambi i sessi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Infine, la domanda cruciale: abbiamo bisogno di una quota?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ho riflettuto a lungo su questa domanda. Controllo anche la casella di posta delle vendite per verificare la presenza di nuovi ordini e li esamino. Al momento mi concentro sulle vendite. \u00c8 cos\u00ec che conosco sempre meglio tutti i prodotti. Durante la pausa pranzo, tra l'altro, cuciniamo spesso insieme.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quali sono i suoi punti di forza finora?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Da un lato, il grande team, l'atmosfera e la comunicazione reciproca. In termini di contenuti, trovo molto stimolante tutto ci\u00f2 che riguarda l'importazione e l'esportazione. Qui ricevo molte informazioni che non avrei necessariamente come cliente. Ad esempio, i tempi di pesca del tonno, il periodo di raccolta dell'ananas e, naturalmente, il modo in cui i prodotti vengono trasportati su rotaia, camion o container.<\/p>\n<p><strong>E cosa non vede l'ora di fare?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ho gi\u00e0 imparato molto sulle dimensioni delle lattine, ho familiarizzato con i numeri degli articoli e ho aiutato a calcolare i prezzi. Durante un corso di formazione organizzato dal Warenverein, Eve Florence G\u00f6lz e io abbiamo imparato molto sulla produzione e la conservazione dei prodotti in scatola. Ora non vedo l'ora di lavorare in modo sempre pi\u00f9 indipendente e sicuro. In altre parole, non vedo l'ora di affrontare tutto ci\u00f2 che verr\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sembra un'ottima idea.
