D\u00fcnyadaki ak\u00e7aa\u011fa\u00e7 \u015furubunun y\u00fczde 80'i Kanada'dan gelmektedir - ak\u00e7aa\u011fa\u00e7 yapra\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fclkenin ulusal sembol\u00fc olmas\u0131na ve hatta Kanada bayra\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcslemesine \u015fa\u015fmamak gerekir. Burada bu de\u011ferli do\u011fal \u00fcr\u00fcnle ilgili en \u00f6nemli ger\u00e7ekleri okuyabilirsiniz.<\/p>  \n\n<p><strong>Mart ve Nisan aylar\u0131 aras\u0131nda k\u0131sa hasat sezonu<\/strong><\/p>  \n\n\u0130lkbaharda havalar \u0131s\u0131n\u0131p g\u00fcnler uzad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, 40 metreye kadar b\u00fcy\u00fcyebilen ak\u00e7aa\u011fa\u00e7lardaki ni\u015fasta molek\u00fclleri \u015fekere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Hasat bu s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Mart ve Nisan aylar\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki d\u00f6rt haftal\u0131k hasat sezonu boyunca, (ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta olduk\u00e7a renksiz olan) ak\u00e7aa\u011fa\u00e7 suyu hasat edilir. Bunun i\u00e7in her bir \u015feker ak\u00e7aa\u011fac\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6vdesine 2 ila 3 cm derinli\u011finde bir delik a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131r ve a\u011faca vurulur. Bu \u015fekilde, her a\u011fa\u00e7 sezon ba\u015f\u0131na yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 litre ak\u00e7aa\u011fa\u00e7 \u00f6zsuyu sa\u011flar ve bu \u00f6zsular \"\u015feker evleri\" olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan yerlerde 24 saat i\u00e7inde kaynat\u0131l\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece 40 litre a\u011fa\u00e7 \u00f6zsuyu 1 litre ak\u00e7aa\u011fa\u00e7 \u015furubuna indirgenir ve ak\u00e7aa\u011fa\u00e7 \u015furubunun kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc rengi elde edilir. <\/p> \n\n<p><strong>Ak\u00e7aa\u011fa\u00e7 \u015furubu farkl\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131flarda mevcuttur<\/strong><\/p>  \n\n<p>Bu \u00fcretim s\u00fcreci, ak\u00e7aa\u011fa\u00e7 \u015furubunu hasat zaman\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm ve lezzet a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6steren ger\u00e7ek anlamda do\u011fal bir \u00fcr\u00fcn haline getirmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin sezonun ilk \u015furubu alt\u0131n sar\u0131s\u0131 rengindedir ve narin, hafif bir tada sahiptir. Hasat ilerledik\u00e7e renk koyula\u015f\u0131r ve ak\u00e7aa\u011fa\u00e7 aromas\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lenir. Bu nedenle Paul M. M\u00fcller ak\u00e7aa\u011fa\u00e7 \u015furubunu iki farkl\u0131 tamamen do\u011fal \u00e7e\u015fitte sunmaktad\u0131r: a\u00e7\u0131k renkli Amber Rich Taste ve daha koyu renkli Dark Robust Taste - hem organik hem de geleneksel kalitede.
